I haven't yet been banded (scheduled for next month) but I am going to drs Grossbard and Diccico (de-cheeko) in Zephyrhills, they came highly recommended and are a quick drive from Lutz/NPR area

We have one provider located in Tampa, and there is one in St. Petersburg, as well. The provider in St. Petersburg includes fluoroscopy in the initial visit for free.
