Banded 4-2-08 anyone w shoulder pain??

Hey all, I am new to this board, been reading and enjoying your posts, but was wondering has anyone else had this sharp shoulder pain on the left side like behind the clavicle (sp?). I remember having right after my surgery and it was bothering me for a couple days (thought it was gas) but then it went away. Well I got my first fill today and it is back.:confused2: I am sure it is related to my band but was curious if anyone else has had this pain too????

I was banded 4 years ago and I still have shoulder pain! It comes and goes.

If you had a hiatal hernia repair at the same time as your lap band surgery (which is common) this can cause pain in your left shoulder for a while. This may also be a symptom of fullness for you. Take some liquid tylenol for the pain, also a heating pad on your shoulder might help as well.
