Unhappy Looking For Support Groups

I live in southern Connecticut and attend a monthly support group. I would like to attend more because I don't find one to be enough. Are there any other groups around? I go to the one at St. Vincent's.

I know White Plains Hospital Center and The New Image Surgical Weight Loss Center in Dobbs Ferry Hospital in NYS have support meetings if that not far for you.

Re: Looking For Support Groups

Hello, I to live in southeastern CT. I am in Ledyard .I use to go to LM's weekly support group with Judy Fabricant in the mental health department. It's a great group my only problem was it's a paid group so if you don't have insurance that covers it, it is way to expensive. But either way her # is 443-1111 that's her business phone#.

I see you've been to St. vincent support groups did you have Dr. Erhlich if you don't mind me asking. That is who my surgeon is. I am just coming up on my 1 year anniversary! Yeahhhhhhhhhh............

I am also trying to work with Kevin at his office to get a free bi weekly support group up and running . But that could be sometime before that gets going.....
Good luck!
Denise
