Hi, wondering if anyone has had problems with Health net Advtg platinum in Connecticut. I spoke with them today. One guy said to have the doctors office submit paperwork, and another said no. I call spoke with human resoures, and they said it should be covered. However, make sure to have all my documents in order. Please send me some feed back on this. Starting to stress!!!

Hello Anyone!!! :)

Does anyone out there have Dr. Ehrlick and United Healthcare? I've been trying to get info from the insurance co on what exactly I am covered for and I can't get anywhere! For three days it was the epitome of frustration dealing with them. Going from one department to another and back. Narrowing it down even further, is anyone retired from SNET and have United Healthcare? Long shot but I thought I'd ask anyway. :))
