The meetings will be held the 1st Thursday of the month from 6:30-8:00pm and will be held in a conference room on the 1st floor of the hospital. Direction cards are available at the information desk upon entering the hospital. Parking is validated.
The meetings will be run by various moderators – Paula O’Neil (nurse coordinator), Melissa Santos (psychologist), May Harter (Dietitian), Kara Moscato (Dietitian).
