For the most part I eat like they say to eat in the 1st stage of the south beach diet. Lean protein, low carb veggies, berries, low carb yougurt, and nuts. When I eat like this my cravings are alot less. The problem is when you fall off the "bandwagon" the weight seems to come back quicker. I never go on to the next stages because when I eat higher carb veggies, brown rice and pasta and whole grains my cravings return.
