Looking for a mentor in Maryland

Hi, My name is Carol and although I had my surgery almost 3 years ago, I am still very frustrated with my weight loss. I have only been able to lose about 45 pounds since my surgery and although I have not gained it back, I still thought I would have lost more and so this is where my frustration is.

I would love to have a mentor or buddy to chat with that may be able to motivate me and set me in the right direction. I am 51 years old and think that possibly there may be some hormonal issues as well. I am also on anti-depressants and mood stabilizers. As you can see, I am in a pickle.

I have only had 2 fills in 3 years and sometimes especially around my monthly, I have a very hard time even eating anything. The restriction is a bit much. I am afraid to have any fluid taken out for fear I would start to gain weight which would really upset me.

So, what I am asking is that maybe someone out there could give me some guidance and make suggestions to me that maybe would work!
