Congratulations on your weight loss so far. What stage of liquids are you on? Still clear or are you at full? Once on full liquids, you can have soups that are much more flavorful and that will help a lot to satisfy your need for food. My favorite was cream of chicken. I prepared it by adding skim milk to it, instead of water. Then, I would add a little sage, garlic powder and pepper. It was so good, my teenager took it to work for lunch! I am a teacher and I have to eat everyday with my students. By the time they are all seat, I have less than 15 minutes to eat. This means that lunch is soup for me almost everyday. I just don't have time to eat anything else properly. Not enough chewing time! I use the Campbell's Soup at Hand that you just heat and drink.
The liquid stage is a complete pain-in-the-butt. Luckily it doesn't last forever...it just SEEMS like it.
