(Off Topic) Spanish Classes

I need to seriously work on my Spanish. I don't want to take a community college class for time issues and other reasons.

Any suggestions on learning basic conversation and medical Spanish in Phoenix?

Careful what you ask you, you might just get it. ;)

There is a program in Mexico where you can live with a family and take intensive Spanish lessons four times daily with others. It's six weeks long and costs $2K.
