Will I feel restriction right away ?

Some people do and others don’t. It’s best to think of a band as if it were a blood pressure cuff. When the blood pressure cuff is place around your arm and then secured in place with the Velcro, it may feel very loose on the arm or it may feel very secure. The same is true of the band. Now, as the blood pressure cuff is inflated, the internal part of the cuff is inflated with air. The internal diameter of the band is inflated with saline. For some people, just three or four inflations of the blood pressure cuff is enough to get an accurate reading while it might take seven or eight inflations to get to the same level in another person. The same is true of the band. Some people will feel restriction after one to three fills while for others it might take as many as eight or more. Because everyone is unique, you can’t compare yourself to another person.
