| Can I bring over-the-counter (OTC) medications to help with gas ?
It can’t hurt but you’ll need to follow the post-op instructions given to you. For those people who have to travel out of the country or a long distance within the United States, gas relieving OTC medications have proven beneficial. Remember, don’t take ANY medications (OTC or prescribed) unless you have the OK from your surgeon.
