Hi :)

I am looking to see what advice you are giving regarding getting Insurance to cooperate! My insurance keeps going back and forth with me, I need a 5yr BMI over 40, I don't. You need a comorbidity, you don't. I'm so confused. You link doesn't work, would you mind emailing it to me?

Thanks,

Stephanie
