I need SERIOUS help

ok, I need a fill ASAP!!!!!!! My regular doctor is out for surgery. I am a Mexico, self pay patient, willing to drive. I live in Maryland, but I will go to VA, WV, DE, PA????? If ANYONE knows a doctor that takes self-pay in any surrounding area, please let me know! Thanks!
