It seems we will need to establish some sort of guideline to evaluate the difference between "promotion of an event" Bandsters in general might benefit from, and "promotion of a specific provider" as a commercial advertisement.....

As far as my own opinion goes.....those wishing to advertise here should make arrangements with Mr. Alex; those promoting themselves on a repetitive basis are 'commercial' in nature. Those events of a infrequent or one-time basis, are more like the notices that say "XXX is happening on a certain date"....

I know this isn't exactly clarifying the issue, but it helps me a bit:

"Advertising" is notices posted 'Circus is coming to town'....

"Promotion" is an article printed/broadcast 'Circus attendance benefits stress level of over worked parents and whiny children';

"News" is 'elephant breaks loose and runs through the mayor's yard damaging fence and prize rose bed'....

"Community relations" is 'Mayor invited to bring special needs starving children to the circus next week'....

I didn't realize this was in the fills section.
Dr. Husted does do fills in Northern California but his seminars and support groups do not belong in this section. Please forgive me, I am new at this type of board.
I just wanted anyone who is interested to know that there is support available to them and that they don't have to be one of Dr. Husted's patients.
