The liquid diet is hard to stick to. I had to have some soup on Wednesday. I want a banana so bad today but my mom won't let me. I am trying hard to stick with it. I went to the hospital today to do my blood work and chest x-rays. My blood pressure was a little elevated but the nurse said that it may be because I am nervous or stressed out. I have lost a total of 24 pounds as of today since I started my pre-op liquids. I am so excited and my mom says she can already see some changes in my body.
