I was banded 5 days ago. 3 days ago, my bowels woke up and I started passing gas... that is when the horrible left shoulder pain started. I've been taking gas-x and walking alot. Does anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks!!!

Hot fluids really help and heating pads. Keep moving and try to say relaxed.

I know it's been said, but the heating pad became my very good friend. I had bad pain in my left shoulder from the moment I woke up in recovery. The heating pad helped SOOO much! Good luck and feel better!
