Hi Everyone. I am also expecting a June band date (still waiting). So what are we going to call ourselves? There are the May Flowers and the March Shamrocks. Any ideas for June?

My Band date is June 6, I was originally scheduled for May 14, but the date was moved so a “Proctor” surgeon :confused2:can be at my surgery. They are going to be using the newest Realize Band and they are having the “expert” at my surgery for the final training on this band. I don’t know much about the band or how new it is, but the doctors all have to have one of these “proctors” there at the first surgery they use this new band. I was told I will be getting “2 surgeons” :confused2:for the price of one. The special doctor’s name is Dr. Ponce, he works for Realize. Anyway, now my date is June 6. I am looking so forward to this!

It's Official!
I scheduled my surgery today! I'm going to be banded on June 17th! I'm so excited. That is the week I really wanted to do it because the school year will be over, and I have a weeklong math workshop the next week. That will give me something to think about besides liquids and gas pains!

I'm so glad to see that we are going to be Jazzy Junies! I like that!

Hi all this is my first time on this site.I am having surgery on 6th June 08 In Sydney finally the wait will be over.My pre op diet will start on the 23rd May Optifast is anyone going to be on a pre op diet for a longer period of time than this .Its very exciting not long to go and we will all be on our way to a healtheir and happier life .
