I can't believe that others are going through the 'last supper' thing like I am. For the past week I have been totally blowing it with food. I do great with sticking with my protein drinks but when it comes to food choices I totally pig out. I have to have 14 lbs off before I see the surgeon in 2-3 weeks (haven't been given the date yet) and am teetering between having lost 8-12 lbs lost. I could've easily had 15 off if I would just stick with the plan. My family hasn't been very supportive the past 3 days... they keep bringing me food that I don't ask for and instead of rejecting it, I eat it.

I feel everyones pain. Oh man do I ever, when I first got my date I started my 2/3 liquid diet (not required) but (always a but huh?) My 1/3 regular food choices most days are really good. Other days I blow it hard core. Its like my brain is trying to get that last bit of ever so bad for me goodness before I take the plunge so to speak.

I have finally gotten myself out of that mess and am back on a good plan. I went and got some of those lean cuisine meals for my dinners. I still make my kids dinner as usual, but instead of eating with them I eat my prepackaged meal and stay on track. I still have a handful of weeks left (two and some days) and then I am on my way. I am hoping to be closer to 230 then 250 when that day rolls around. Not cause the doc wants it but because I want it. I need to prove something to m'self and I hope I can. If not, no worries I will lose it eventually.
