As one who is just beginning the process (pulmon. screening today) I needed to see your post this morning!! Congrats!! I have tears in my eyes thinking one day that is going to be me!!

That's why I put it here to let everyone who is just starting their journey to know that IT CAN BE DONE.... You gotta work at it - the band is only a tool - it really boils down to eating healthy and exercising - You have to make the committment to yourself - but OMG let me tell you something - it is so worth it - you are so worth the work

CONGRATULATIONS!!! That just made my day! I'm so excited to have this surgery but somewhere in the back of my mind I keep worrying that it won't work for me and I'll never lose the weight. I feel so encouraged! Thanks for posting here!

I'm was banded a month later than you and am still plugging away. I had more weight to lose, so it will take me a little longer, but you're right, this Band really does work!!!

Go look at my profile - there are pic's there (not as of today) most recent pic added was 4/5 and really not that much diff in a pic but what the scales and clothes say..
