Thinking about this and wondering?.....

Hello all, My name is Janice and I live in the Panhandle of Texas. I am 36 years old and have a wonderful Husband and 3 great kids, all girls. I was wondering if anyone knows of a Dr here in the panhandle or within a hundred miles of amarillo that does do the Lap Band procedure? I have BMI of 44 and really do need to see about getting this done so that maybe my kids will not end up like me, fighting to lose the never ending battle of losing weight.:confused2:

At Lap Band.com they have a spot where you can look up surgeons by zip code. I did find that the surgeon my doctor referred me to is listed with this site. Another place to look is in the phone book. As more people are wanting the band surgeons are putting it in their ads. Good luck to you.
