Started the Journey

A Lap Band was installed March 16, 2007. I am taking it easy. I think that I am doing pretty good. Dr Adam Smith did the procedure.

Beginning wt: 6/06-207 lbs.
Pre-surgery wt: 187 lbs.
2/19: 12 lb. wt. loss
5/9: total weight loss-50 lbs!
8/7/07: total loss 66lbs.
18 lbs. to go
