In order to answer your initial question, please could you provide us with the following information:

The medical necessity for this operation;
Any symptoms you are experiencing.

They need to know why i wanna do the operation, and LOL i dont know what to say (other than because i am fat and i want to loose weight)

I would really like to help you with your problem but I need more information such as what is your BMI? Do you have any health problems?
