One Month Post Op

Well Jan 4th I am 1 month post op from LAP-BAND®® Surgery and I am down 36 pounds!!!

I'm really excited about it. My clothes are getting lose, and everyone is commenting me at work. I feel so much better about myself. I'm going to give myself a Valentines Day challenge to lose another 14 pounds. This way I will be 50 pounds even! Its funny how when you are so obese, it seems like you will never lose your first 10 pounds. But now that the weight is comming off, I can say and finally believe that I CAN do this. I will post pictures up as soon as I can. yay me!!!

Wow ! That is amazing ,in just one short month you have lost 36 pounds .I have my surgery January 14Th ,I hope I do just as well as you . Congrats on a job well done and keep up the great work. I hope you meet your goal on Feb.14Th as well .

Awesome job!!!! Keep up the good work! It took me 2 months to lost 36 lbs. and I'm happy as can be with that (that's including the 10 day pre-op diet, LOL!). That's a lot of weight to lose in a month!!!!!!!
