Newbie going through process to hopefully get a surgery date

:) Hello,

I am new to this website. The surgical group I am using has a process that I go have to go through before I get a surgery date. I have a psych eval left and do that on 5/10. I can not wait to get the surgery date. I have given up soda already and looking to do some test runs with my liquid pre op diet. I am nervous about that. I am looking forward to reading the threads on this site. I was referred here by someone at one of the support group meetings. I have lots of questions regarding post op and it is encouraging to see the great results that everyone has had. Keep it up and I look forward to adding my success story as well.

welcome to LBT! my bariatric clinic has the same 'hoops' to jump through--i think it's pretty common! this is a great site--i often refer to it as my 'prozac' lol! good luck with your journey-keep us posted!

Hi there, and welcome to LBT! It sounds like you are well on your way to becoming a bandster, congratulations. Keep us posted on your progress and let us know when you get your date. In the meantime, don't be afraid to ask questions, we are all willing to help out as best we can.
