Question new seattle bandster

iīm kate and new to the group. banded in torreon mexico 2 days ago. feel just a little sore and tired. i live in seattle and do not have a physician for post surgery as my health insurance does not cover. any referrals would be greatly appreciated. my belly feels like a giant air bubble and tums donīt help much. will try gas x next and any other suggestions you might have. thanks, kate

Welcome to bandland Kate! Each day will get better for you. Walking helped me more than any of the meds did.

Hi, Kate! Congratulations! How much weight are you wanting to lose? It really does get better every day. Try to walk around as much as you can. Mylican Baby Gas Drops worked better for me than Gas-X. Have you tried a heating pad? Or standing in a warm shower, on the pulse setting? That seemed to feel good on my back and shoulders. Just don't soak in a bath tub yet. (You have open incisions and don't want to chance an infection.) Please try to drink as much as you can to avoid dehydration. Continual little sips here and there add up. Look forward to getting to know you better on here!

Hello Kate, its amazing how quickly you will start to feel better, I was in a lot of pain at first but every day I felt better than the one before and by day 11 I was almost good as new, take it easy and I hope you feel better soon.
