new member lots of questions

hello everyone, i am trying to find a doctor in utah? i am very ready to get this done yes i am scared but i am so tierd of being over weight and with having diabetes i realy need this. any help or support would be great.
i live in eagle mountain utah and i am looking forward to hereing from all of you
