Anastasia, it's great to have goals, but be realistic in what you set. You will do this, whether in one or two years, and you'll be healthier! Hang in there, girl!

Back on track

Hi everyone,

With that little support I have received up to now has done wonders for me, I have new hope and I know where I am going wrong, thank you for those whow took the time to reply.
I have the day off work today and I was eager to send a message to you all.
Is everyone eating solids and if you do have the max. fill do you only go on liquids.
I am seeing my doctor next Thurday for my next fill I will aks how much I have had, up to know I have taken any notice.
For the first year I was getting a lot of pain from my shoulder, the doctor said that was common but everyone gets different levels of pain, I found when I overate it got worse, but it has gone now, that shoulder was more painfull than the surgery.
If anyone has anymore tips for me I would love to hear from you, it is helping a lot.

Have a great day all.

anastasia
