Hi everyone,
I just had surgery on July 1st and Im still getting use to
drinking all the liquids Im suspose to. I feel ok not great yet but getting there.

I'll bet there's a July 09 thread going on already. You'll probably find people at the same stage there.

Hey Lisa,
I'm new as of July 3rd. I love my Crystal Lite Fruit Punch to drink. Have you tried sugar free popsickles? Those are another favorite for me.
