Hi Shonda and congratulations on your new lap band ..Maybe now though you are feeling a little rough but that will pass..
Helpful hints : Do exactly as your Dr directs with your diet.
Walk as much as you can .. sip sip sip your fluids ..Get some Gas x strips to help with the gas pains. Take your pain meds on a regular schedule and rest. Think of all the new things that are about to happen in your new adventure ..
You are going to feel so much better in a few days . I promise ..
