Awesome news. I called and got signed up for a seminar with Dr. D on Thursday of this week - he does seminars in Rochester and in Lockport, so I'm going to go to Lockport even though it's about a half an hour extra driving time - figured I may as well get the info I need so I can get the ball rolling.

Started Beyond Diets, met w/ Dr.D, done with Psych eval, sleep study (part 1)

August:
Blookwork, sleep study results, Nutrition app, follow-up w/Dr.D, second night of sleepstudy (if needed), letter of support from PCP and SUBMIT PAPERWORK!!!! :)

I didn't get to go! My sister, who is 9 weeks pregnant started bleeding yesterday! Needless to say, there was no way I could be away from home last night. She's on complete bed rest now for awhile, hopefully everything will be okay.

So... my plans get pushed back... but family is family and you gotta do what you gotta do for them... grrrrrrrr

Life sucks sometimes.

Glad to hear that your sister is alright, even though she's on bedrest...you're right, family is family and you just gotta be there! That was definately important though...

He has seminars all the time...see when the next seminar is, sign up for it, and then call to make an appointment. Believe me, the appointment will be long after the seminar anwyays....you'll be able to get to the seminar and get the info packet to fill out with plenty of time.
