Re: Greetings from TX!!!

From my first doctors appt. to surgery was 1 1/2 months, I think 2 1/2 wks of that was waiting on insurance approval and getting all my tests done. I have UHC and was very pleased with their quick response.

I also went through True Results in Richardson and have BCBS of IL, and once my info was submitted to them for approval, it only took 1 week to get the approval.

I had my surgery on 10/7 and everything has gone smoothly.

I had my first fill at the TR aftercare last Wednesday, and it didn't hurt at all. It only took about 30 minutes from the time I arrived at the office, until I was walking out to my car.

Good Luck to you, and keep us posted on your journey!

Re: Greetings from TX!!!

It took abou 2 weeks for me to get approved from the time I went to the seminar to hearing from insurance. I'm getting banded on the 25th, the surgeon who is doing mine was booked till then. Other wise I could have been done over a month and a half ago, the waiting on the surgery has sucked as well.
Good luck again, we're all waiting to hear good news.
