chew, chew, chew

I know this sounds kind of weird, but the thing that most bothers me about getting the Lap Band is the chew, chew, chew. I've been trying to do this now and it seems hard to me. Is this something that you get used to and does it come naturally? The idea of what everyone calls a PB is terrifying to me too.
:help::help::help::help:
Can anyone give me some insight?

Regards,

Alfie

Just take a big ol bite of meat and hardly chew it after a fill. You will soon find out why you need to chew chew chew. Yes, it does become a habit. You will soon think about it every time you chew and wonder if you have chewed enough so you won't get stuck.

Once you've experienced being stuck a few times, you'll be happy to chew. It's either that or live on liquids.

Full on Mushies?

I'm not far from mushies, just wondering if you are suppossed to get full from eating mushies. Or does it just go through the the liquids. Thanks for any feedback.

You can get full from mushies. You aren't supposed to drink anything for an hour after your have eaten. That will keep the food in the pouch and help you stay full longer.
