Calgary lapbanders

I am getting a LAP-BAND® done at TLBC in Dec. Anyone from Calgary out there who has done the same? How was Dr Yau as the surgeon? Did everything turn out ok? Any advice before surgery or after? Who do you go to in Calgary for fills? How often do you fly to Toronto for post op? As you can tell I'm nervous. :help:
