being banded July 22

Hi newbie here , just paid the deposit surgery is July 22nd
so im having the what if i cant do this ? i have the support of my partner but not really - he advised me to exercise more instead!

so im going into this scared i will fail yet again

We have all worried about the same thing. If you follow the Lap Band rules, you should do just fine. Start reading all the threads on here and it will help you alot. Good Luck!
