Baby Steps

I just wanted to share that I am headed on a whim to an information seminar on GB and Lap Band tonight. This is my first proactive step to actually getting the surgery, well, not counting talking about it;-)

I am taking my Aunt (more like a sister) with me for support. I am getting so very excited. Just wanted to tell you all thanks again for being such a motivational crowd. Thanks!!!!!

That is great. It is a journey that will be a big life change. I am almost at a year anniversary and down almost 50 pounds. It has been a life changing experience and it can be frustrating at times but this support site really helps you not feel alone with all the struggles of loosing weight and having the band.
