Weight Loss to date: Pre op 10lbs, since surgery 28 for a total of 38 lbs.
How am I feeling: Awesome! I still get tired easily, but I sweat way less & things that used to take alot of effort are now happening much easier!

I feel great.. no more gas or bloating.. I am watching every calorie that i put in my mouth and trying to make wise food choices.. It is not so bad.. but i think i need more restriction. first fill is not until June 19th..
i have been walking a lot and hope to hit the gym next week for some serious exercise..

The energy level is surprising to me as well. It happens whenever I lay off carbs, soda, fast food, bread............

How are you feeling? more energy than have felt in some time..working now on making a commitment to self and exercise as there are definately 2 sides to Lap Band land: physical and mental. First fill on 5/19/2008. Let the fun begin!

How are you feeling? Frustrated, I am having a hard time staying on the diet.
I feel exactly like I did before surgery I felt like I could eat everything normal three weeks post op...  I get my first fill on Tuesday... I am trying to up my exercise..
I started at 217
surgery day 206
current 195 ish... depends on the day
Anyone else with similar stats?
