How are you feeling?: I'm feeling pretty good. I haven't lost anything in two weeks, but I sure don't feel like I need a fill based on what I'm eating and how I feel. I'm trying to actually get my calories UP a little so that I'm around 1,000 since I'm totally stalled out. | |

Weight loss to date: 21.5 pounds so far that I know off don't usually weigh myself...go to the doctors on 5/21
How are you feeling? I am feeling fantastic...I havent had a cigarette since my surgery and I have been out walking atleast 3 miles 3-4 times a week and as of this week I joined the gym. I have so much more energy then I have ever had. I am so happy that I had this done. Debating on if I should get a fill on the 21st or not since I stay full for atleast 4 to 5 hours. | |

How are you feeling? Good...hungry but good. I go to see my Doc. on the 21st. I am hoping for my 1st fill. I am now caffine free. I had given it up 2 days before my surgery and now my body will not except it, Bonus. I have gone SF and Caffine free and nobody has gotting hurt...LOL. Enjoy the Day.
