need help!

Hello everyone! I am so nervous. I finally had my "TOM" stop by today and I feel yucky. For a week now I have been eating a lot. I really feel like a pig. Even though I know that this is a tough time, I really need some encouragement to get me through until I get my first fill. I WANT THAT RESTRICTION BACK!

Please anyone that can give me some words of advice I would really appreciate it!

Thank you!
Heidi

The intellectual and more disciplined avenues of rational life style are required to minimize the destructive emotional periods we all experience.

Like all other visits by other 'relatives', we can return to our own lives when 'Uncle TOM' departs.

You know what you want, and you know how to get it. The frustration we all feel during moments of distraction and discomfort, can be minimized by a wide variety of techniques.

So if you insist on eating like a pig....make it a SMALL little piggy....and then run him off the next time he shows up!!!

You can do it. You're already 1/3 of the way to your goal!!! How did THAT happen if YOU weren't in charge along the way???

cheers on your journey

I always eat way more the week before my period, too. I am 6 months post-op and the week before each t.o.m. is scary! I loosen way up. Then once my period starts I am usually really, really tight. It's weird, but ends up balancing out. It's like your body knows and adjusts. So don't panic, listen to your body. Sometimes if you are extra hungry, it's best to eat more.

I too am having those monthly issues. I want to snack so badly. Now I can chug water so I know I dont have any restriction. I had 3 hershey kisses the other night. I must keep those bad foods outta my house! I go for my first fill today. I realize that this fill may or may not change my hunger.
