I was banded at the end of Dec, and as of today have lost 101 pounds, I started exercising as soon as I felt able to. I also do a dry skin brushing program that you can find out about on the website
www.ttapp.com, that is the exercise program that I am doing also, I don't really have excess skin, that hangs, I do have some more wrinklely skin on my upper arms and belly and inside thighs, but not like I was expecting. I really believe the exercise and brushing helps. I also take my vitamins, biotin, zinc and vit e, and alfalfa for my skin. Good luck!!
