Are you bloated?

I had surgery a little over 3 months ago and my swelling from surgery went down some time ago. However, for the last few weeks I have been so bloated. Even though I have lost over 20 pounds, my pants have gotten tight again and I haven't gained any weight back. It seems like I'm retaining water really bad for some reason. Any thoughts as to what this might be caused from?

Hey. I was banded just 2 days before you and I have only noticed bloating at tom or after I eat dairy. Im lactose intolerant. So, it may be something you are eating. Some foods are harder to digest than others. How is you fiber intake?

My fiber intake is low. Would upping it help this or make it worse?
