| Who's Kept it Off? How Much? For how Long? And, What is your Maintenance plan like?
Just curious how many of you have lost a bunch of weight and kept it off for a good bit of time. What is your maintenance plan like??
Congrats to everyone who has lost and kept it off. I expect the maintenance to go fairly well and I have about 35lbs more till I will be on maintenance. I can't wait.
