I am very excited to announce that as of today, I have lost 100 lbs! I spent the past two days hiking around Mt. Hood, and then played a soccer game on Sunday. Tight band, lots of exercise. Only 20-25 lbs to go!

I have lost 132 lbs. Had LAP-BAND® surgery 9/18/03. I have had a tummy tuck and a face lift. Wouldn't trade it for the world! Insurance paid for the tummy tuck. (My retirement fund paid for the face lift.) People say it took 10 years off of me. Husband is very happy! Doesn't love me more, just smiles more and keeps his hand on me when we are out. (I'm sure no one will steal me, but it is nice that he is concerned.
I am attaching a picture of us on the beach at Wilmington Beach where my daughter got married last July.
LAP-BAND® surgery was a miracle to my life. I was diabetic, asthmatic and have lousy knees. We now walk and bike. Life is good! Thank God for my LAP-BAND®!!!

This 100 lb. loser list is wonderful! I, too, had wondered if anyone ever lost a hundred pounds or more. I need to lose 130 more pounds so this gives me hope. Keep those losers' names coming. Congratualtions to the Big One Hundred Winners!

To date I have lost 148 pounds. I still have a ways to go but I have no doubt that I can do it! I can't wait for the day I FINALLY weigh less than 200 pounds!
