Weight Gain

Has anyone gained any weight since they have had the Lap Band???:hungry:

While I go through periods of slow to no loss, I have not gained since I have been banded. I may fluctuate around with the same 2-4 lbs...but it always levels out and continues downward. I think it is pretty successful just to maintain even when not losing.

I had gained 4 pounds once but that was because I was eating too many carbs:think

I'm down 45 lbs and the weight I typically gain comes right off after I focus.

I gained 6 pounds when my mom died, from cookies and ice cream, but it came right off again :)

Not yet, though I've stalled plenty of times.

With running an hour a day, five or six days a week plus having a band, even the most major indiscretions dont show on the scales. As long as I run, I know I wont regain my lost weight.

I've gained but lost it again. I'll just chalk my gain up to bad habits, stress eating and depression eating. But did I gain over the long haul and keep the weight on? No.
