Whew, Alex! I though you were calling someone a name!

And you are SO right about the gravy. This year, Thanksgiving is at my sister's home and that means she gets first pick at the leftovers. SOOOOO, I went out and bought a leg and drumstick so I could have all dark-meat "imitation leftovers." I have to cook it, but I kind of think that leftovers are the best food at Thanksgiving.
