truckers are you out there?

Just about to start my journey and was wondering if there was truckers that have had LAP-BAND® and lost weight. tuff to lose when you get little sleep and little walking and lots of sitting.

Im not a trucker but I can imagine that this would be very difficult. Theres not a lot of "healthy" foods out on the road and like you said you dont get to do a lot of walking or exercising.......my dad was a trucker for several years and I saw him pack on the lbs quickly as soon as he quit and got a job where he was able to be home everyday the lbs just seemed to fly off...GOOD LUCK!!
