Support Group Meeting tonight.
What should I expect? I was told I have to attend 3 of them before surgery.

Just starting the long process to get approved for Lap Band surgery.

June 11th - Informational Seminar; June 17th - Education Class; June 24h - PCM for referral; June 25th - Bloodwork up; June 25th - Education Class; July 7th - First Consultation with Surgeon

It depends... We meet once a month and talk about various topics. Last night we talked about creating a "bariatric friendly" pantry. The dietician is the one who does ours. Last month, we had a local plastic surgeon come in and talk about the different procedures that area avaliable once we get to goal.
