ok. I am not dying or anything--guess that sounded a bit dramatic...
anyway, i am sitting here reading LBT on my lunch and evidently not chewing as I should and I have a piece of chicken stuck!
no big deal usually, but it doesn't seem to want to go up or down. should i drink something? i thought I read somewhere that might be bad? dunno. i don't feel like PB'ing. it doesn't seem to want to go down. i can't figure it.
sorry, this rarely happens to me because i seem to have random restriction, so i can be abit clueless. heck i had pizza last night. go figure.
so what? i just wait it out? it's not really painful, but it is hurting. it must just be big enough to be annoying!

I'd say wait it out, take a walk (always helps me when something is suck) it will either come up or go on down.
If it doesn't pass after a half hour, try a sip of water see if that helps it.

I Hate that pain. First thing I try to do is walk around, move my arms up and down (like standing jumping jacks)

Do NOT drink! Drinking is the worst thing you can do, take my word for it since I ignored warnings not to drink, and it was horrible.
While Vera flaps her arms like a chicken, I pounded my chest and ran around the house hopping up and down. I also jumped in the shower and pounded my chest with the hot pulsating shower massager while jerking my head in and out like a lizzard on a rock. Next time you might try a combo while making a training video for the board.

.....I get the slimes....walk around outside, spit up ever few steps....ponder my fate....spit some more.....usually takes 20-40 minutes to clear for me....
And since 3rd fill a few weeks ago....it takes LESS of everything to make me PB.....
then again, I'm less hungry and adjusting my pie-hole stuffing tools to smaller amounts....
Chicken always has been trouble for me postBand....the only sure way I can eat it is whizzed in FF yoghurt....

Mostly I get up and walk around. Moving the arms around helps also, I don't do the chicken dance, but rather kind of twist back and forth at the waist and that seems to work.
But I don't recommend drinking. Some people swear by having a little bit of meat tenderizer or Papaya enzyme, but I've never tried either one.

LOL, I gotta buy a videocamera for Mikey's first PB!! (Because I'm SURE mine will be dignified, lol.)
I'm glad you got the chicken unstuck... and that was one of the funniest threads I've read in a long time!
