Can I eat purreed chili during the mushies stage? I start in a few days....

Chili

Hi...I ate pureed chili during that stage and loved it! I used my food processor to make lots of things like that, and it really help!! Good luck, and don't go too spicy. Christy

I tried it but the tomato part of it bothered my stomach...it gave me indigestion. So seehow it goes. Its full of protein and good for you.

I was told by my nutritionist to not puree any foods, to only chew them to a liquid consistency. She told me this was the time to start learning to work with the band. But you should definitely puree your food if that is what you were told to do.
