Pre Surgery Comprehensive List

Please :help:
I'm looking around online for the super comprehensive list of what to bring to the hospital and what to have around post surgery. I can't find it!! Grrr... Can someone help me locate it?

All I remember is "toilet tongs." I just remember that because I'm immature :heh: and I thought that it was funny! :)

It was a great list that a couple of different groups added to.. Where, oh where can it be? :drama:

6th Goal: Come up with some more interesting goals...
