Cool Post Op Swelling?
Just had my surgery on the 3/29/2007. Did anyone have post op swelling that made your stomach look and feel larger than prior to surgery.

Yup! I actually gained 8 pounds from all the IV's junk they gave me. Don't worry it will go down in a few days.

I have not yet had surgery, but they also pump your abdominal cavity full of gas so that they are able to visualize what they are doing in there.

Did this not get explained to you?
